My name is Jehovanie, that means “The Lord is my Banner”. I’m 15 years old and I’m a young 6th year student in primary school in Rwanda.
Unfortunately my prospects for a good future are not very good since I live in extreme poverty together with my seperated mum.
We are completely dependent on our cousin who is trying to do his best to help us but who is also facing extreme poverty, while he is on his way to become a doctor and release us from our misery.
I will start my secondary school next year and I hope that I can liberate me and my mum from this extreme poverty and find a worthwile life and an independent future.
My dream is to become a nurse.
My Need:
200US$ for secondary school (boarding school) for my second (Jan 2022 – Apr 2022) and third trimester.
